Website


Factor analysis is a multivariate method that is used to analyze correlation among indicator variables so that it can be mapped into some factors. The hyperlink of website’s  analysis by using factor analysis will reveal infuential factors on website qualty according to hyperlink variables chosen. Due to this analysis, top 15 university websites from webometrics of januari 2011 edition rank had been selected as the research objects. The hyperlink data was gained by utilizing two best searching engines (Google.com and Yahoo.com). The research indicates that the role of external hyperlink, thetotal of WIF and the total hyperlink factor of website determines the quality of a website from the hyperlink  perspective. This research also results in a new rank of university in hopes to be one of evaluation tool sand bench marks the success of the website in accordance with hyperlink analysis (Yuhefizar 2011).
